The Brave Cyclist: The True Story of a Holocaust Hero was published by Capstone Editions, 2019, written by me and illustrated by Chiara Fedele. I present this inspiring nonfiction story to children, ages 7-12, and families. I created a power point presentation that includes actual photographs of Gino Bartali as well as other historical documents. This book is very valuable in discussing WWII history and the holocaust. I allow extra time for Q&A. I have prepared a Teachers' Guide that teachers and librarians can use in the classroom. You can find it on the Books page.
